You are solely responsible for determining whether online sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. VyoBet does not make any representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in your location. You agree that you will not access or use the platform from any jurisdiction where online sports betting is prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension or termination, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld until verification is completed.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of VyoBet and its affiliates are prohibited from placing bets on the platform.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on VyoBet Sportsbook. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of any pending bets.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other required details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any changes.

You must verify your email address during the registration process. Accounts with unverified email addresses may have limited functionality until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. VyoBet Sportsbook will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or to close any account at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All bets placed on VyoBet are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your selections, stake amount, and potential payout before confirming any wager. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed.

Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager. VyoBet Sportsbook is not responsible for odds changes that occur between the time you view a market and the time your bet is confirmed.

Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, league, event, and market type. VyoBet reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to limiting maximum stake amounts for individual users.

In the event that a bet is voided due to event cancellation, postponement, abandonment, or any other reason specified in our sport-specific rules, the full stake amount will be returned to your account balance. Voided bets within parlays will cause the parlay to be recalculated at reduced odds, excluding the voided selection.

In the case of obvious errors in odds or lines (commonly known as "palpable errors"), VyoBet reserves the right to void affected bets or correct the odds to reflect the intended line. Stakes on voided palpable error bets will be refunded in full.

All bet settlement decisions made by VyoBet are final. Results are determined based on the official results declared by the relevant governing body of the applicable sport.

We accept Bitcoin (BTC) for deposits and withdrawals. No other payment methods are supported at this time.

Deposits are credited to your account quickly, typically within minutes. Withdrawals are processed by our team, usually within 24 hours. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the respective pages.

You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address for withdrawals. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals if there is suspicion of fraud or violation of these Terms.

VyoBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of financial gain or to recover losses.

We offer the following responsible gambling tools to help you stay in control:

• Self-Exclusion: You may request to be self-excluded from the platform for a specified period (7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently). Once self-exclusion is activated, you will be unable to place bets or access your account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Reductions in deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases in deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Activity Reminders: You may opt in to receive periodic reminders about the duration of your betting session.

VyoBet reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any user who we believe may be experiencing problem gambling behavior, even in the absence of a self-exclusion request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VyoBet Sportsbook. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, voiding of pending bets, and potential legal action:

• Automated Betting: The use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or extract data is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or controlling more than one account per person is prohibited. This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or by using VPNs or other means to circumvent detection.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime is strictly prohibited. VyoBet Sportsbook complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: No person under the age of twenty-one (21) may use the platform. Allowing or facilitating access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Insider Information: Placing bets based on material, non-public information obtained through a privileged position (e.g., as a player, coach, referee, team employee, or league official) is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event and placing bets in connection with such activity is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other users to exploit the platform, manipulate odds, or circumvent betting limits is prohibited.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud the platform, including chargebacks, use of stolen funds, identity fraud, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, user interface designs, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with VyoBet are the property of VyoBet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the platform.
• Download, copy, or store any content other than for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Use the VyoBet name, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of the platform's content or intellectual property may result in termination of your license and account, and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

VyoBet is an entertainment platform. We are not a financial advisor, and nothing on this platform should be construed as financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any particular bet. All betting decisions are made at your sole risk and discretion.

VyoBet shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive) arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred from bets placed on the platform, regardless of the outcome.
• Technical errors, system failures, server downtime, or interruptions in service, including those that may affect the placement, acceptance, or settlement of bets. In the event of a confirmed technical error that materially impacts bet settlement, VyoBet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stakes.
• Errors in odds, lines, scores, or any other data displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to blockchain congestion, technical issues, or verification requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of VyoBet for any claims arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Your privacy is not just a policy at VyoBet — it is a foundational principle upon which our platform is built.

We understand that using a sportsbook requires trust, and we take that trust seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information with the highest standards of security and transparency available.

The limited data we do collect includes: your email address, hashed password, account balance and transaction history, betting history, and IP address for security purposes. We may disclose your information only when required by law, such as in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you unless prohibited from doing so by law.

VyoBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Suspected problem gambling behavior, in accordance with our Responsible Gambling commitments.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than twelve months may be subject to closure).
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Upon account suspension, all pending bets may be held and withdrawals may be delayed until the matter is resolved. Upon account termination for cause (e.g., fraud, prohibited activities), VyoBet Sportsbook reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

Upon account termination without cause, or upon voluntary closure of your account, any legitimate remaining balance will be made available for withdrawal, subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support at support@vyobet.com. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of VyoBet, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting support@vyobet.com. You agree to provide a detailed written description of the dispute, including any relevant bet IDs, transaction IDs, dates, and supporting documentation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you and VyoBet agree that any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration shall be administered in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against VyoBet.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, VyoBet reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

Any arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

VyoBet reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect updates to our services, legal or regulatory requirements, security considerations, or other operational needs.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, notify users of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of VyoBet following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
